Any work GFE carries out for you — solar EPC, operations and maintenance, industrial automation, or the supply of FERO mounting structures — is governed by the separate written contract, proposal, or purchase order you sign with us, not by this website. Where the two differ, the signed contract prevails for that project.

This site is provided so you can learn about GFE's products and services, view project work, and submit inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers

System capacities, generation estimates, pricing, timelines, and specifications shown on this site are indicative and for general guidance. They do not constitute an offer.

• Binding figures are issued only after a site survey and a formal written quotation
• Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve pricing, or hold a project slot
• Net-metering approval and grid-connection timelines depend on the relevant distribution company (such as LESCO, K-Electric, or IESCO) and are outside GFE's control

Product details — including FERO structural ratings such as ASTM A123 hot-dip galvanising and stated wind-speed ratings, and any equipment specifications — are described in good faith and may change as standards, designs, and supply evolve. Warranties apply only as set out in the signed contract or the product documentation issued for your specific order; nothing on this website is itself a warranty.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and the site is provided on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Fuel Energy Pvt.
