Solar EPC Company in Faisalabad
Green Fuel Energy builds solar plants and plant control systems for Faisalabad's mills and factories. Our work in the city includes solar for a flour mill and a spinning mill, and control systems for a 3 MWp textile site and a 1.3 MWp beverage plant that also run diesel generators. Engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning are handled by one team from our Lahore office.
Designed around mill and factory loads
Faisalabad's textile, food and milling plants run long daytime shifts, and many keep diesel generators for outages. Two questions decide the design on these sites: how much of the daytime load solar can carry, and how the inverters behave while a generator is running.
Where a plant mixes inverter brands and generators, as at Be Be Jan and Punjab Beverages, we add a plant controller that coordinates solar output with the generators and the grid connection. Mounting structures come from our own FERO factory in Lahore, including the parking shed structure at J.K. Spinning Mills.

View projectSolar in Faisalabad: common questions
Has GFE worked in Faisalabad?
Yes. The six projects above are in the city, from 10 kWp home systems to plant control at a 3 MWp textile site. Each card links to the project page with its capacity and scope.
Which utility connects a solar system in Faisalabad?
FESCO, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company. On an EPC project GFE prepares and follows up the grid connection paperwork with FESCO.
Can solar run alongside the diesel generators at my mill?
It can, with a controller between them. It keeps each generator above its minimum load and stops power flowing back into it, while solar covers as much of the load as it safely can. Punjab Beverages runs this way with four generators.
What size of system does GFE build in Faisalabad?
Our Faisalabad projects range from 10 kWp on homes to 400 kWp at a flour mill, and plant control at sites up to 3 MWp. The size follows the site's daytime load and the roof or ground area available.
