Why We Built FERO
When GFE started installing solar systems in 2021, we found that locally available mounting structures fell into two categories: cheap and unreliable, or imported and prohibitively expensive. Neither was acceptable for clients who expected their installation to perform for 25 years.
So we built FERO — our own mounting structure brand, manufactured in Pakistan to international standards. Every FERO product is designed by structural engineers, load-tested for Pakistani wind and seismic conditions, and hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 for corrosion resistance that outlasts the panels it carries.
FERO products are used exclusively in GFE's own installations and are available for purchase by other solar installers and EPC contractors across Pakistan.

Flat Roof & Ground Mount
Ballasted and anchored systems for concrete flat roofs and ground-mounted utility installations. Available in tilt angles from 5° to 30°. Optimised for maximum yield per square metre without penetrating the roof membrane.

Shell Roof Structures
Clamp-based mounting systems designed for corrugated metal and fibreglass shell roofs common in Pakistani industrial and agricultural buildings. No roof penetration required for standard purlin spacings.

Aluminium Railing Systems
Lightweight extruded aluminium rail systems for residential and light commercial flat roof applications. Fast installation with pre-assembled components. Available with L-foot, T-bolt, and adjustable tilt configurations.

Built to International Specifications
ASTM A123
All galvanized steel components meet ASTM A123 hot-dip galvanizing standard — minimum 85μm zinc coating for long-term corrosion resistance.
10-Year Warranty
Full structural warranty covering material defects and corrosion failures. Longer than any imported equivalent at comparable price points.
Wind Load Tested
All structures are load-tested to 35m/s wind speed — exceeding the design wind speed for all major Pakistani cities under AS/NZS 1170.2.
